"Action" is the key word at Furniture in Action. The majority of furniture on display there "moves" it either reclines, swivels, rocks, adjusts, folds, lifts, tilts or massages and comfort comes first!

The large display of electrically adjustable beds and "lift and tilt" chairs has proved very popular with those suffering mobility problems or chronic disabilities, but Tony Lyons one of the partners, is quick to point out that adjustable beds and recliners are for all age groups, bringing relaxation after a hard or stressful day and ideal for comfortable reading or TV watching. "Fast track" delivery is available for many recliner chairs and beds in a fantastic range of covers.

Fashionable recliners from top manufacturers such as "LA-Z-BOY", "Celebrity", "Elano", "Daneway" and others are on display in either fabric or leather with matching two and three seat sofas with either fixed or reclining seats. Also on display is a range of leather swivel recliners with matching footstools.

Continuing the "action" theme there are chair beds, sofa beds, folding beds, rollaway beds in all price ranges. These are an ideal way to provide additional sleeping arrangements for bedsits, guests and kid's sleepovers. Many of these are available in a choice of fabrics.

Just added is the "just4kids" range of children's furniture including armchairs, sofas, toyboxes, headboards, mega cushions, splurge cushions, chair beds, sofa beds and folding beds all available in 50 colourful fabrics.

Furniture in Action provides free delivery of most items up to 25 miles from Westbury.

Where to find us

We are on the A350 main road.
If you approach Westbury from the Warminster direction follow the A350 through the town (towards Trowbridge). As you reach the outskirts of the town you will pass a car dealer on your left (John Boynton Motors). We are 50-100yds further on to the right. If you miss the turn don't worry, just go 200yds to the roundabout where you can turn around safely.
Approaching Westbury on the A350 from the Trowbridge/Melksham direction you will come to a roundabout on the outskirts of the town. There is a CO-OP supermarket on the left. Go straight on at the roundabout. We are 200yds further on to the left.
Ample car parking is available.

Our primary aim is to provide a first class service to our customers. We shall achieve this by providing a friendly service in a relaxed environment. We are dedicated to dealing with each customer in a personal and honest way so that they will have confidence and be satisfied with their purchases. We want all our customers to be able to recommend us to others.

· We will supply good quality, durable and reliable products at fair and realistic prices.

· We will ensure that every order is delivered assembled and tested and make sure the customer is familiar with any controls.

· We will dispose of all related packaging from the customer's house.

· Our products will be purchased from reputable suppliers with a known record for quality and reliability to ensure our customers get the very best, whichever price category they choose from.

· No high-pressure sales techniques will be used, we want our customers to feel that they have bought from us, rather than we have sold to them.

· Complaints will be dealt with in a polite and caring manner.

· Any breakdowns will be promptly serviced.

· We will do everything we can to resolve any problems efficiently and quickly.

· If required, we will provide transport for the elderly and/or infirm to and from our showrooms within a twenty-mile radius. This is a FREE service and without obligation.

Any customer or potential customer visiting our showrooms will be shown the utmost courtesy and, we trust, find it a pleasurable, helpful and satisfying experience.
